Are we talking about Cherries or the first word?

Well the first word was on paper, about Luzifer and how maligned he is. I wrote it for my dear, ever-loving, super-patient, beautiful wife and I still haven’t got round to editing it.

The second time was when I started a sci-fi (now a trilogy) story about cops in the future.

The last time is yet to happen, as I can’t stop writing.

I can recall reading your saucy story on “you know where” and I am happy for you.

    Keep up the good work.

By the way, what do you think of the future of e-books vs. paper?

    This is without the cherry-picking.

I was serving in the Royal Air Force and stationed with the NATO forces in Germany, on a base near Weeze, a small town where not much happened. A pal took me to a disco named the “Wagenrat” (Wagonwheel)in Goch, the nearest “city” that is really a large town.
I couldn’t speak a word of German, so his girlfriend introduced me to this brunette and translated everything. We danced and gesticulated and smiled nervously. Then while she was dancing with said girlfriend, she turned to me and smiled, it was a real smile, not a forced one, but – you know what I mean. Her features creased, so intense was her joy, her eyes disappeared and it was then I knew she was the one.
We now have three grown-up, ‘well-behaved’ children, two boys and one girl.
This may sound silly, but I apologised recently for the state of the world and they said: “It’s okay Papa, it isn’t your fault.”
I almost forgot, we have a granddaughter, Emilly Grace, a cheeky little madam, who bosses her auntie around.

Time travel, my subject when writing, I hope that it stays fiction.
    Why?
    Cos’ I wouldn’t change a thing.

    Maybe!

    William.

It happened for me in a wine bar (well it was 1983) in Worcester Park. He tripped me up as I was going to the loo & asked me to marry him – quite worse for ware on Black Tower or maybe Blue Nunn – I said yes.
28 years, 4 children & now a beautiful granddaughter later we drink much nicer wine together now.

Kay. I LOVE that story. I drink much better wine now than I did in 1983.
